Welcome to YAEL. By using our website and purchasing our gear, you’re agreeing to the rules below. If you don’t agree with these terms, please don’t use our site or purchase our products.
1. The YAEL Promise (Product Responsibility)
We engineer our gear with the world’s strongest fibers (UHMWPE) and custom, self-locking hardware. However, no gear is indestructible. By using our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you use them. YAEL is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items (phones, cameras, etc.) while using our straps. Please use common sense—your gear is an aid, not an insurance policy.
2. Intellectual Property
Everything you see on this site—the YAEL name, the logo, our copy, and our designs—is the property of YAEL. We’ve worked hard to build this brand, so please don't copy, distribute, or use our creative work without our express permission.
3. Purchasing and Payments
When you buy from us, you’re confirming that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We strive to be accurate, but if there’s an error in pricing or product information, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel orders if necessary.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your HALO strap. If something isn't right, reach out through our "Get In Touch" form within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to make it right, provided the gear is in its original, unused condition.
5. Third-Party Links
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. If you’d like to "unclip" from our mailing list or have your data removed, simply reach out to us through our "Get In Touch" form.
6. Updates to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms as our brand grows and evolves. The "Last Updated" date at the top will always tell you when things have changed.
5. Third-Party Links
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Misso. If we ever have a disagreement that we can't solve over a quick email, it will be handled according to the jurisdiction of the courts in our home state.
